1. Offer Acceptance & Payment

You are only required to make payment once your offer has been accepted by the creator. No charges are made before acceptance.

2. Funds Held by Platform

Once payment is made, funds are securely held by the platform. The creator will only receive their payout after successfully completing all agreed-upon requirements.

3. Revenue Split

From the total sponsorship amount:

• The creator will receive 80%, only upon verified completion of requirements.
• The platform retains 20% to cover operational, service, and processing costs — regardless of whether the creator fulfills the requirements or not.

4. Requirement Disputes

If a creator fails to meet the agreed requirements:

• The platform will review the situation, including communication between both parties.
• At our sole discretion, your account may be credited (not refunded) for future sponsorship use.
• The platform’s decision will be final.

5. No Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once made. Only account credit may be issued in select cases where the creator is found to have not delivered.

6. Respectful Communication

All communication between sponsors and creators must remain professional. Abuse, harassment, or coercive behavior may result in platform penalties or suspension.

7. Content Compliance

All sponsored content must follow our community and content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content or reject sponsorships that violate these terms.

8. File Uploads

Any uploaded files (logos, contracts, briefs, product images) must be legally owned or licensed. You authorize their use by the creator and platform strictly for campaign purposes.

9. Legal & Tax Responsibility

Sponsors are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including any taxes or declarations related to their sponsorship activity.

10. Right to Decline Offers

Creators reserve the right to decline offers without obligation. No payment will be processed unless the offer is accepted.
