6. Monetization and Payments

If you qualify for monetization features (ad revenue, donations, etc.), you must:

• Acknowledge that we reserve the right to withhold or adjust earnings due to fraud, violation of guidelines, or other legitimate business concerns.

Payouts are made monthly once the minimum payout threshold is met.

7. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Enforce these Terms and investigate any potential violations.
• Remove or block content or users at our discretion.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpectraVidz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to content loss, revenue loss, or reputational harm.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via email or an in-platform announcement. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durban, South Africa.
